Job description
Missions:
Fabrication:
Practical
experience of using hand tools (knives, scissors/ basic measuring
equipment’s). demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following (as
applicable/ requirement). fabric cutting/kitting. Manual/ automated
carbon- fiber placement onto mould surfaces. Vacuum bagging techniques,
autoclave/ Demoulding. Operations, Mould tool preparation. Manual/
Automated post cure trimming operations. Ability to read drawings/ work
instructions/ specifications as required to complete a specific task.
Assemblage:
Practical
experience of using hand tool use (Drills, Reaming, Countersinking,
Sealing, Trimming etc.) in an aerospace environment. Experience in
Assembly jig method of manufacture, out of jig work and final assembly.
Installation of fasteners (various types) Experience of (semi) automatic
drilling/ fastener installation equipment (Gemcor). Self-inspection of
work. Ability to read drawings and relevant work instructions to perform
specific task.

Degrees: SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN,PLASTIC AND RUBBER MANUFACTURING,COMPOSITE MATERIAL TRANSFORMATION
Background experience: 3 années minimum dans la fabrication et montage de matériaux composites
