QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
NOTE: All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item.

Education:   A bachelor’s degree in the field of public relations, international development or international relations is required.
Experience:  A least three years of experience in writing articles for a variety of target audiences is required.  
Language:  Excellent speaking and writing capabilities in English is required.
Skills and Abilities:  Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills are required.  Must be capable of crafting information messages in various media formats (press releases, websites, cables, etc.) targeting a variety of audiences. Good coordination and organizational skills within multi-cultural work environment are required.  S/he should be a self-starter with superior capacity to quickly absorb and synthesize written materials.
